On Sunday, we had lots of people at church! Also, as we were singing the last hymn at the end of Sacrament meeting, I saw a gecko on the floor. It crawled closer to our pew, so I decided to pick it up. Also, it was small. But when it was in my hands, I realized that I wasn't quite sure what to do with it. So I walked out and left it outside. People were looking at me kind of funny, but that's ok.
I love when we knock on someone's door just because they canceled earlier in the week, and we were really hoping to see them. They answer and say "I don't know how you knew to come here right now. God knew that I really needed you girls today." We saw quite a lot of tears this week, but at least we were there to help a bit.
There is a new elder in our ward. It is funny to hear his perspective on things, because I know I used to be the same way. "Everyone canceled today. Can you believe it?!" Well, one day you will be able to add all of the days like that together, and it will probably turn into months.
Well, thanks for all of your support. Life is good here. Life is hard, but the gospel is easy. It makes life easier, even though Satan tries to tell you the opposite.
Have a good week!
Love,
Hermana Pace
